Ray J, Whitney Houston Death: Rumored Boyfriend Breaks Silence

NEW YORK (AP) - Ray J - who was one of the people who spent time with Whitney Houston in her last days - is expressing his sorrow over her loss.

In a statement to The Associated Press on Friday, he said he's spent the last few days trying to "process the emptiness that I feel."

The singer said the world lost an icon but he lost a "close friend." Calling her by her nickname, he added: "Nippy I miss you so much!"

His representative, Courtney Barnes, says Ray J, whose sister is singer Brandy, will be at Saturday's funeral for Houston in Newark, N.J.

Ray J and Houston spent time together in the days before her death. She died in a hotel suite in Beverly Hills, Calif., last Saturday.

Ray J wanted to be more than he was. He was good for dinner and going places, but had he touched base he can't hold water and would have leaked it.
Anychances he had were lost before it started when that KimK tape was leaked and my gut says it was ray J.

Why does it seem that Ray-J is in the mdist of trouble events in womens' lives. Something about him is so unappealing. Having said that, I will send my condolences to Whitney's family. Whitney, you will forever be missed and loved always. Now take your rest.

i really dont care what any body say about whitney houston she was a wonderful person not bcause she sing i love wihitney for her seft i can look in her eyes and say whitney if i knew you i would say whitney i want to give you a hug and say you are a beautiful person and you have a wonderful heart and i love you my sister god know we all make mistake and whitney what i want to say to you you pay for all your sins and now you are free now you not suffering anymore you dont have to worry about any body saying nothing to you god bless you with a wonderful voice and there no one can not sing like you and whitney you will be miss forever and ever and i will alway love you for you i love you whitney RIP
