According to TMZ, Justin has been on a real estate hunt in Los Angeles for some time now, but sources say he's narrowed his search down to three final (and pricey) contenders. Two of the mansions are in Calabasas, Calif, in the same neighborhood as some of the Kardashian clan, a few Jackson family members and Britney Spears. But living next door to these stars doesn't come cheap. Allegedly, Bieber's potential pads are priced at $6 and $8 million a piece. The third home, a "pimped-out" Hollywood-area mansion that was once rented by Ashton Kutcher, would set Bieber back a cool $10 million!
Allegedly Justin is set on purchasing one home for himself and one for his mother, Pattie Mallette. How sweet! If he bought the two cheapest mansions of the three, it would cost him $14 million. Now that's a birthday present!
