Bobby Brown Homeless: Singer's Shocking Financial Struggles Revealed

Since her passing, more and more shocking details have come forth about Whitney Houston's tumultuous relationship with her ex-husband Bobby Brown. But perhaps the most surprising news yet breaks this morning (March 5) with the revelation that Bobby Brown was homeless for a period of time after his split from Whitney.

In court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Bobby claims that Whitney's personal troubles made it difficult for the singer to see his daughter Bobbi Kristina. The New Edition star goes on to disclose his own financial struggles, which he tried not to let interfere with his relationship with his daughter.

"Whitney took Bobbi Kris without my prior knowledge or consent, and moved to Orange County, California, where Whitney received treatment for her drug addiction," Brown claimed in court papers surrounding his battle with Whitney for child support. "Although I was having severe financial problems, I did all I could to see my daughter."

"I came to California to be near Bobbi Kris. I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobbi Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab. At the same time, I basically lived out of my car," said Brown of his homeless status.

Despite Bobby's plea for Whitney's cash in court, Houston fought back saying: "Bobby is fully capable of working and earning substantial sums of money if he would control his personal behavior. It is his personal conduct that keeps him from earning substantial amounts of money."

In the end, Brown walked away from the child support battle with no financial support from his ex-wife and Houston maintained custody for their daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

If Bobby wonders where it all went, he shouuld look up his nose. No Sympathy here for Ole Nig Nog Bob, he's trash, and everthing he touched turned to trash. His own daughter is headed in the same direction. Can anyone save her?

Yeah Bobby did do everything he could, EXCEPT PAY HIS CHILD SUPPORT. If Whitney was broke it was from supporting his deadbeat carcass. Buying him that studio while he was out fooling around may have been his perrogative (prerogative) just as it was hers to cut him off.

What the h3|| is wrong with you people? For that screwed up daughters sake you hateful trolls should be rooting for him to get his life together. She is still young for Gods sake, and she was apparently already a bit of a train wreck BEFORE her mother died.

For the sake of their girl I hope things get better for Bobby Brown soon.

I can't believe all the hate for Bobby because of what Whitney did. Bobby is a low-like crack head, no doubt. But Whitney tried drugs before she met him, she abused them while she was with him, and she continued to abuse them after they divorced.

Whitney was a grown woman who made the decision to do these things. Bobby Brown, while not a good person, does not deserve criticism for what this grown woman did.
