Since having the procedure two months ago, the singer infamous for her fluctuating waistline, has already lost 30 lbs. Carnie, 43, had a silicone band placed around her stomach to reduce it to the size of a golf ball and revealed, "It was the right decision for me and I'm doing really well so far." The singer added, "It's all about taking good care of myself." At her heaviest, the 5'3'' singer weighed-in at over 300 lbs.
Wilson, who has was a contestant on the VH1 reality weigh-loss show 'Celebrity Fit Club' in 2006, blames her pregnancy for the unwanted, extra pounds. "Having children derailed me a bit," she told PEOPLE in 2010. "I'm just frustrated with these pounds." Carnie has two daughters, Lola, 6, and Luciana, 2, with her musician husband Rob Bonfiglio.
We'll get to see Carnie's weight-loss journey play out on her new TV Guide Network reality show, 'Wilson Philips: Still Holding On.' The show with her band mates premiers April 8.
