Miley Cyrus Engaged to Liam Hemsworth? Diamond Ring Leads to Widespread Speculation

Granted, her nails looked good, but when Miley Cyrus tweeted a picture of her left hand a few days ago, it wasn't her "chic and classic" Jenna Hipp foundations -- whatever those are -- that had the blogosphere buzzing. It was her gigantic diamond ring -- the sort a girl might wear were she engaged.

That spawned rumors the singer is planning a walk down the aisle with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, and last night, TMZ reports, whether intentionally or not, Billy Ray's little girl gave us more to talk about. Appearing with her 'Hunger Games' beau at Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XVIII, a charity event held in Phoenix, Miley once again rocked the rock, inviting more engagement speculation.

Cyrus didn't comment on her choice of jewelry, and in her pre-event tweet, she mentioned only that she was happy to be with her boyfriend, who she met in 2009 on the set of 'The Last Song.'

"Stoked for @CelebFightNight :)" she tweeted. "awesome to have @JohnzoWest and Liam at my table here tonight :) "Float like a butterfly. Sting like a bee."

If, indeed, they are getting hitched, it could come as bad news to Miley's closest buds. Earlier this month, reports surfaced that good pal Kelly Osbourne isn't exactly a Liam fan, and sources say he's "bossy and controlling."

"Everyone would breathe a big sigh of relief if she dumped Liam and moved on," a source said.

Wow...alot of people don't seem to understand that the photo used in the article is NOT the photo they're refering to in the article. The picture they're talking about is indeed a photo of a diamond ring on her ring finger...NOT the one with them together on the red carpet.
