Leave it to Mariah Carey to go all out when it comes to planning her twins birthday. She and hubby Nick Cannon are reportedly set to throw a lavish first birthday party for twins Moroccan and Monroe -- in Paris! While it may seem a bit excessive -- even for MiMi -- the twins' April 30 birthday also happens to be Mariah and Nick's fourth wedding anniversary!

As E! News reports, Carey and Cannon aren't spilling too many details on "dem babies" birthday bash just yet. "It's up in the air right now but it's probably not going to be in the States," he said during a red-carpet interview at the Kids' Choice Awards this weekend (April 1). "We are going to take it overseas."

When reporter Marc Malkin suggested a party at the Eiffel Tower, Cannon reportedly smiled and said, "You're good. You're good." It looks like MiMi and Nick's romantic anniversary getaway will be a family affair from now on, but we must admit, "Dem Babies in Paris" has a nice ring to it!
