After months of health scares, operations and a life-changing diagnosis, Nick Cannon has released the first episode of a new documentary series, "Ncredible Health Hustle." The documentary webisodes follow the TV and music mogul through his recent struggles with kidney failure, blood clots in his lungs and a lupus-like autoimmune disorder.

"A few days ago, I was with my family in the snow, playing, having a good time," Nick narrates over the black-and-white footage shot in December 2011. "All of a sudden, I started swelling up, having shortness of breath, excruciating pain in my right side." Soon after that footage was taken, Nick was hospitalized for kidney failure.

The first episode of "Ncredible Health Hustle" includes home video footage of Mariah Carey's husband lying on a hospital bed, swollen with medication. Nick is captured speaking with health professionals and getting hospital visits from family members, including his grandfather.

"This is my journey. Ups and downs. It's raw. It's personal. My setbacks and my triumphs. My pain, my grind, my life," Nick tells the viewers. Check out the first episode of Cannon's 'Ncredible Health Hustle' below.
