Jessie J Concert Stabbing Victim Dies: Father of Two Dead After Assault at London Club

Initially listed in serious condition, the man stabbed earlier this week at a Jessie J concert in London has died, NME reports. The victim has been identified as Phillip Sherriff, a 37-year-old father of two who was attacked with a broken bottle at the Pulse nightclub.

Police have charged Ashley Charles 25, with a crime that is now being treated as murder. The suspect appeared in court yesterday and was denied bail.

The bloodshed followed a gig arranged by BlackBerry and attended by numerous U.K. rappers and stars of the reality programs Made in Chelsea and The Only Way Is Essex.

"I am lost for words," Jessie tweeted in response to the news. "All I can say is my thoughts, love and respects are with the family and children of the man who attended the blackberry gig last week who sadly lost his life this morning <3 So sad..."

Charles is due again in court on April 20. Authorities, meanwhile, are planning a postmortem examination on Sherriff, who underwent an operation after the attack to remove swelling from the brain, the NME reports.

oh,nice topic. i have heard that a saying goes in China like this "Only one himself knows if the shoes match his feet or not “。If u really love her /him ,nothing matters, let alone the age .i met my BF via~~--Ａge'date . ℃○M .~~ a nice place for younger women and oldermen, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other! , he is almost 12 older than me ,but we think we did find the true love .BTW,Ever feel that you would best enjoy someone who is not in your age group? Free of the embarrassment and annoyance, go for what makes you really happy.If u are really interested in it, maybe u wanna check it out or tell your friends

Wait a minute. You mean one person can kill another person without a gun? With just a bottle?!? Holy smokes, where are the liberals fighting to save us from ourselves by banning bottles, or at least requiring a 5 day waiting period to purchase one!

Not just bottles - All glass! Who says you cant break a window and use a chunk of it? What about salad forks? Pencils? Gardening tools? The liberals are going to be very busy in the coming weeks.....

Not a fan of Jessie J seen only one video of her on VH1, but what is this 37 year old doing at a lollipop concert? Guess he didn't get the memo concerts of yester-year are long gone. He was probably trolling for little girls and he hit on the wrong one!
