Katy Perry owes the idea for her upcoming 3D concert movie to a certain pop idol. The singer tells Teen Vogue that Madge's 1991 film "Madonna: Truth or Dare," which documented the icon's Blond Ambition World Tour, inspired Katy to make "Part of Me" -- in theaters July 4.
