Boy bands are back -- and so are their overdone 'dos. Teen-targeted pop has been known for non-threatening boys with questionable coifs since long before Justin Bieber's shaggy sweep-over fringe first set prepubescent pulses a-racing.

But now that the record-breaking British boys of One Direction have invaded our shores with their harmonies and hair styles -- the main guy's name is literally Harry Styles! -- it's important to remember the boy band hair that came before them.
