Both Kelly Osbourne and Katy Perry have a penchant for changing the color of their hair as often as they change the color of their nails! The hue du jour is purple, and both ladies are rocking their own interpretation of the bold, bottled color. While Kelly kept her strands a bit lighter with a lilac shade, Katy went dark with a deep violet. Kelly is nothing but a fat slut with an ugly underbite....who has done nothing for fame....except cuss like a truck driver. She has no talent....and she should be banned from any newspaper or magazine. Perhaps Star or Enquirer could do an article on how she was "hatched from the winner of The Ugliest Human on Earth contest.
