Lea Michele Buys House: 'Glee' Star Drops $1.4 Million on Two-Bedroom Pad in Los Angeles

Sometimes, after a long day of singing and dancing, a nice salt-water swim or steam shower is just what the doctor ordered. That might explain what drew "Glee" star Lea Michele to the Los Angeles house she just purchased for $1.4 million.

As the Daily Mail reports, the 25-year-old singer and actress is the proud owner of her first home -- a two-bed, two-bath pad said to have ample closet space. The master bedroom comes complete with French doors and the aforementioned steam shower, not to mention super swanky Carrara marble.

Outside, the salt-water pool is solar-heated, so the water might still be warm when Lea returns from the "Glee" set. If she's putting in long hours on the Fox lot, at least she's being well compensated. As the U.K. newspaper points out, Michele was able to afford her new digs thanks to a $45,000-per-episode salary.
