A.J. McLean Baby News: Backstreet Boys Singer and Wife Expecting First Child

Some stars break big news via Twitter. A.J. McLean prefers T-shirt. Performing last night (April 29) at the O2 Arena in London, the Backstreet Boys singer sported a shirt with "Daddy to be" written in glitter across the back, revealing that his wife, Rochelle Karidis, is pregnant with the couple's first child, Contact Music reports.

''Another Backstreet baby," A.J. told the audience. "I've got a feeling it's going to be a girl. My wife is out there, I love you. I'm going to be a dad, what more can I say. I love you all.'"

In a YouTube video, the singer spoke further about the coming bundle of joy.

"I just wanted to say thank you guys for all your love and support," he told fans. "Because we love you all so much, we wanted to share with you -- for the first time -- something very special. We're having a baby!'"

Congrats to the couple.
