Looks like Janet Jackson has turned a healthy new page since becoming the spokesperson for Nutrisystem earlier this year. The diva wowed crowds at the Marcho Glaviano 'Supermodels' exhibition opening in New York yesterday (May 10), showing off a slimmed-down figure in tight skinny jeans and fitted top. Janet, who's confessed to "yo-yo dieting for more than three decades," seems to have finally found peace with her food issues.

"[My weight] is something I've dealt with all my life, and it's been an issue for me," she told Us Weekly in a recent interview. "People can relate to me because I have lived it. I truly understand what it's like to have a problem with weight loss, losing too much weight or gaining more than you desire to and becoming unhealthy."

But for Janet, being skinny didn't always mean healthy. As she recalled in her book True You that was released last year, feeling good on the inside and out weren't always aligned. "Even at my thinnest, when my body was being praised, I wasn't happy with what I saw in the mirror or how I felt about myself," Jackson wrote.

Happily, Janet seems to have moved past her lifelong issues with food to emerge fit and fabulous ... and just in time for her birthday. Can you believe JJ is turning 46 next week?!
