Madonna is a forever-moving force of nature who's far, far buffer than the average 53-year-old, but even so, her abs and biceps don't sculpt themselves. Her fitness da Vinci -- at least for her upcoming MDNA world tour -- is Nicole Winhoffer, the personal trainer tasked with keeping the pop goddess in tip-top shape.

Speaking with AccessHollywood.com, Winhoffer said she feels "blessed" to be working with Madge. She plans to guide the singer both before and during the global trek, and in the lead-up to the May 31 kickoff, she'll preface each dance practice with 90 minutes of stretching, cardiovascular exercises and toning and endurance work.

"The biggest challenge is keeping her mind engaged and constantly changing the workouts while still targeting the muscles that we need to go after," Winhoffer said. "Her body picks up really quickly so my challenge is to get those muscles continuously guessing what's going to come next without her knowing or getting bored."

When the tour is in full swing, Madonna will opt for four to five workouts per week, as well as pre-concert warmups.

"She gets dressed in hair and makeup and then we'll do a warm up -- warming up her joints," said Winhoffer, who's readying the release of her own "Addicted to Sweat" fitness DVD. "We'll do some trampoline work, some ab work, some stretches and just make sure she's ready and feeling good vibes."
