Amidst persistent rumors of an impending split from her own husband of almost 15 years, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith has some advice for the newly engaged Miley Cyrus, via PEOPLE. The 40-year-old actress/singer isn't the first from the married gals' club to impart some words of wisdom to the 19-year-old bride-to-be. Fellow songstress Carrie Underwood advised the future Mrs. Hemsworth to slow things down just last week.

In spite of your beauty and your progressive carreer, getting married at 19 is a bad decision. Men change as they come out adolescence and early 20s, they are still not mature. Women are easily disappointed and hurt, also because they are young. Wait about 5 years or more.
