The Spanish singer, who is notoriously tight-lipped about his longtime, on-again-off-again relationship with tennis hottie Anna Kournikova, spoke out against J.Lo's serial-marrying ways.
When asked about whether or not she would consider getting married yet again, Jennifer replied, "For me, the biggest dream is the fairy tale. I will never give up on that dream."
Before exchanging vows with Marc Anthony, the 42-year-old mother-of-two was wed to waiter Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998, and she was married to her backup dancer Chris Judd from 2001 to 2002. "It can be difficult for anybody who has to stand by my side, but at the end of the day, I know that I deserve that," Lopez said.
"I think Jennifer and I think differently when it comes down to that," 37-year-old Enrique said. "I don't think you need to be married to someone. That doesn't mean that you are going to love them more; that doesn't mean you're going to be any more loyal. I mean, at the end of the day, when you're with someone, you are married," he argued.
"We had this discussion over dinner, and it's a long discussion," Lopez interjected.
Iglesias has been romantically linked to 31-year-old Kournikova since 2001, with marriage and separation rumors circulating on multiple occasions over the past decade. Both parties have remained intentionally vague about their relationship status, but it sounds like Enrique and J.Lo are on total opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to the marriage debate.
