Janet Jackson Fights With Niece Paris, Conspires to 'Kidnap' Katherine Jackson -- Report

Update: The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the altercation at Katherine Jackson's home did not involve Paris Jackson or any of Michael Jackson's children. "The kids were not involved," Los Angeles County sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told the newspaper. He declined to say which members of the Jackson family were part of the scuffle.

As reported on The BoomBox: The Jacksons are having themselves quite the summer. Monday (July 23), police were called to the L.A. home of family matriarch Katherine Jackson -- who was reported missing over the weekend -- and now we know why. Sort of.

According to a statement from Katherine's lawyers, available in full at Gawker.com, "certain family members" -- i.e. Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson -- "ambushed" the 82-year-old's home by driving an SUV through her security gates. Their goal was to confiscate Michael Jackson's children's cell phones and prevent them from tweeting information about the family.

What followed, reports suggest, was a physical altercation between Janet and M.J.'s 14-year-old daughter Paris. The two have butted heads recently over the latter's showbiz aspirations, as auntie Janet evidently thinks her niece should enjoy her childhood, but there's obviously way more to the story than that.

"Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren," reads the statement from Katherine's lawyers.

"Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons' concerts on their Unity Tour."

So, to recap, Katherine Jackson is "resting" in Arizona, as per Jermaine, but she's had no contact with her grandchildren in days. Janet and her siblings want their late brother's kids to stop tweeting. And as TMZ reports, the executors of the King of Pop's will -- who have been charged with forging documents -- are seeking guardianship of his children.

none of thoses kids belong to micheal jackson he paid for thoses kids they have a different father and micheal is not the real father.

WOW IM A BIT SHOCKED THAT JANET IS TREATING HER BROTHERS CHILDREN THIS WAY , I ALWAYS THOUGHT OF JANET AS THE GOOD SIBLING AND I KNOW BECAUSE SHE SAID HER AND MICHAEL WERE CLOSE BUT IT SEEMS LIKE ALL OF THE JACKSONS ARE SHOWING THEIR TRUE COLORS NOW THAT MICHAEL IS GONE . MICHAEL MUST BE ROLLING IN HIS GRAVE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE HE LOVED HIS CHILDREN AND LEFT THEM WITH SOMEBODY HE TRUSTED MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE IN HIS FAMILY . SHAME ON THEM ! I had hope that maybe his kids stood a fighting chance with their grandmother. Who knew! All along we thought Joe was the bad guy and now the kids are rising up against their mother for Michael's estate????? How disappointing.

This is all so very upsetting.Why on earth could they not have just let these kids talk to their grandmother?So very simple.What the hell did they expect those kids to do when their grandma up`s and disappears?Michael left his mother something that means more then all the money in the world.He left his three children to love her.If that was me and some bozo told me grandma had a stroke and a doctor is treating her who never has before,you better believe I would be raising holy hell to find her.Keep up the fight Paris!Your dad would be proud and thankful for all you are doing.

OMG, I hope Michael is resting in Peace, but how could he have known what would all take place. It's bad enough that He is gone and everyone dealing with such a great loss . MJ's children don't need anymore HEARTACHE.
If this was in my family, money or NO money, or NO anything , this would not happen. I would wholeheartly
take my brothers children and love them as much as I loved my brother if not more.
I did not ever see MJ my loss, but 3 years later my feelings hasn't changed and how I feel about Michaels children great loss . Very Truly,
