Carly Rae Jepsen, Nude-Photo Scandal: Police Investigating Alleged Pics, Identify Hacker Suspect

When TMZ reported earlier this month that "Call Me Maybe" singer Carly Rae Jepsen might be in the middle of a nude photo scandal her people were quick to let the world know any lurid pics folks saw were "200% not Carly."

Not coincidentally, a freakishly spot-on Jepsen lookalike named Destiny Benedict claims she's the saucy gal baring it all for the cameras (google her at your own risk, nsfw).

However, Global news is now reporting that Vancouver "police [are] investigating Carly Rae Jepsen alleged nude photos" and confirmed they have a suspect who may have hacked Jepsen's phone and laptop.

The police say they are "investigating the unauthorized use of a computer, theft of telecommunications, and criminal harassment related to Ms. Jepsen. Our investigation began in mid-March and is continuing."

Vancouver Police say they've identified an adult man, who is not from Vancouver, as a suspect in the case of the leaked images.

Carly's latest response:

"Crazy morning. Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me. Ridiculous. Obviously not me."
