What a shame!! Iin my humble opinion Michaels brothers rode his coat tails for every nickel they could when he was alive and now they want to hound Ms.Jackson? I feel despite the crocodile tears the majority of the Jackson Families motives are less than honorable. Is LaToya the only member of the family who has saved her money, lived within her means, or achieved enough wealth from her own work that she feels no need to get into the middle of this catfight? If that is the case, KUDOS to LaToya. Shame on the rest, i doubt very seriously that any of the Jacksons are hurting for money, I guess the questions they have failed to ask themselves is, How Much Is Enough & what honest claim do I have to any of Michael Jacksons Money?

It's a shame, what happens over someone's else's money!!!. The siblings are looking for a way to continue to live in the lifestyle that they had become accustomed to back in the DAY, a long time ago, and they want to do it off of Michael's sweat and blood and that should never happen. Normally I would tend to agree with the Jackson's being a very dysfunctional family, but something tells me there is more to this story and they do not want to publicize it. When you have a parent that is getting up in age, your first concern is senility, alzheimers and dementia. I have a feeling Mrs. Jackson may be showing the signs of one of these and because she is in charge of mj's estate, the lawyers maybe trying to get her to sign everything over to them. There are so many cases of people being taken advantage of because of their age and state of mind regardless of how much money is involved. I speak from experience, just lost my mother a week ago and know all to well how the elderly can be manipulated. I believe they are trying to protect their mother from being misled as well as protect their brothers estate. Do you know how many scumbag lawyers would love to manipulate this situation to get their hands on all that money. As far as I'm concerned, better his family get it then outsiders.

The kids are victims of a 100% dysfunctional family, who is nothing but trouble. It would have been beter for the court to have placed each of the kids in an anonymous adoptive home, early on and had an independent trustee handle whatever money they had coming. As it is, can anyone expect the kids not to fall into the Jackson Family mentality and end up dysfunctional themselves?
