Jay, Bey and daughter Blue Ivy Carter will spend the month of August vacationing at "the Sandcastle," a gargantuan estate that sites on 11 acres and boasts a rock-climbing wall; a 60-foot heated pool, complete with underwater stereo; tennis, basketball and racquetball courts; a bowling alley; a spa facility and an eight-car garage.
There's even a recording studio, in case anyone -- dad, mom or heck, even lil' Blue -- gets the urge to cut an album.
Currently on the market for $43.5 million, the home was built by renowned developer Joe Farrell, who's rented out the property in recent years. While the Jonas Brothers were said to be interested in snagging the place for the summer, they ultimately opted for another Hamptons pad, the Post reports, leaving the Sandcastle to music's reigning king and queen.
