New Beyonce Album? Singer Reportedly Working With Kanye West, Hit-Boy at New York Studio

It's been a little more than a year since Beyoncé fans got their hands on new music from the superstar, but they can now rest assured that her fifth album is on the way. In fact, the new mom is going to great lengths to ensure the follow-up to 4 is her best work yet and a complete surprise for her anxious admirers.

According to The Sun, Beyoncé has been spending most of her time in a New York studio with Kanye West and Hit-Boy, a producer who's worked with her husband, Jay-Z. "She's spent thousands hiring out the whole studios," a source tells the publication. "She's got security on the doors to ensure no one hears a whisper. She's being strict with proceedings too, putting in 14-hour days declaring nobody leaves until it's perfect."

It's no shock that the songstress can afford to go to these measures either, since she and her hubby just topped Forbes.com's World's Highest-Paid Celebrity Couples list. The parents of Blue Ivy Carter earned an impressive $78 million during the one-year period beginning May, 1, 2011, and Beyoncé herself took home a cool $40 million.
