Gaga and the photographer have shared a close friendship for a while now, and he has frequently photographed her for magazines. He shared photographs of his mother on Twitter, writing "R.I.P. Annie Lomax, My Mom 1938-2012." Shortly after this, the Born This Way singer took to Twitter to share her support.
