What: The band's second single, "Looking Hot," off their forthcoming sixth studio album, Push and Shove.
The Rundown: No Doubt's label, Interscope, revealed the band's next single in a Twitter message yesterday (Sept. 19), writing, "How Soon IS NOW? US RADIO @nodoubt next single #LookingHot sending out now via efolio." Gwen and crew continue their comeback with their "Settle Down" followup, sounding hot the whole way through. The lyrics have a bit of a voyeuristic theme going on. "Go ahead and look at me cause that's what I want/ Take a good look wont you please cause that's what I want/ I know you want to stare/ You can't help it and I don't care," Gwen sings. "Go ahead and stare and take a picture please, if you need/ Yeah I think that says it all," she croons, perhaps in a nod to the ever-present paparazzi?
Push and Shove is out Sept. 25. Listen to "Looking Hot" below.
