The pair have been dating since 2010, when they met on the set of the "X Factor" where Payne was competing, along with the rest of One Direction. Since then, the group has skyrocketed in popularity, including their recent success at the VMAs, where they took home three awards.
Peazer has recently been getting a lot of grief via Twitter for her relationship with the 19-year-old pop star. According to the couple though, this social media drama was not a factor in their break up, simply lack of quality time.
One Direction are embarking on a world tour next year, which would only make a long distance relationship harder. Apparently the two parted on good terms. But, this does mean Liam will be single while touring. We definitely wonder how his behavior will change with his new freedom!
