'Glee' 'The Breakup' Songs: Season 4, Episode 4

Glee The Breakup Songs Season 4 Episode 4FOX

Break out the tissues, Gleeks -- it's time for "The Breakup." "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy tweeted that Thursday night's (Oct. 4) show is "the best episode we have ever done." That's one lofty claim, but from the looks of things, the episode is full of drama, drama, drama! Several long-standing couples will be seriously tested and at least one, if not more, will not survive!

Rachel and Finn, Kurt and Blaine, Santana and Brittany and Mr. Schuester and Ms. Pillsbury's relationships are all on the rocks. Rachel's ready to move on with her new-found NYADA love, Brody. Bye bye, "Finnchel!" Long distance is proving too much for both "Kaline" and "Brittana" to bare, while Mr. Schue is ready to relocate for a job offer without giving much consideration to Emma's plans ... Uh hello, she has a life, too!

As usual, we have all the songs from the upcoming episode just for you! Blaine and Finn take on Duncan Sheik's "Barely Breathing," while Santana solos on Taylor Swift's "Mine."

As for the big, tear-jerking group numbers, all four troubled couples pour their hearts into Coldplay's "The Scientist," while Kurt, Blaine, Finn and Rachel all join in on a cover of No Doubt's breakup classic, "Don't Speak."

Refusing to let the grass grow underneath her feet, Rachel duets with her new beau, Brody, on Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart a Break."

Meanwhile, Blaine reprises the very first song he ever performed on the show, Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" during Season 2's "Never Been Kissed" episode. This time, the slowed-down, piano-ballad rendition takes on a somber note.

"Glee"s new episode airs Thursday, Oct. 4 on FOX at 9PM ET. Until then, listen to all six songs from the episode before it airs, below!
