... almost 20 years ago! This week, the pop star stepped out of her hotel in Milan in the iconic, brow-raising Versace safety pin dress, famously worn by Hurley back in 1994. The model/actress turned heads in the plunging neckline and high-slit, cutout gown while walking the red carpet at then-boyfriend Hugh Grant's "Four Weddings and a Funeral" London premiere. Of course, Mother Monster's homage to Liz came with her own twist -- the singer strapped on her signature sky-high platform heels. Get a better look in the video below.
