Lady Gaga boldly went where no woman has ever gone before ... um, except Elizabeth Hurley ... almost 20 years ago! This week, the pop star stepped out of her hotel in Milan in the iconic, brow-raising Versace safety pin dress, famously worn by Hurley back in 1994. The model/actress turned heads in the plunging neckline and high-slit, cutout gown while walking the red carpet at then-boyfriend Hugh Grant's "Four Weddings and a Funeral" London premiere. So, who do you think wore the Versace safety pin gown better -- Gaga or Liz? Cast your vote in our poll and click to see the next Who Wore It Better face-off below!
