Demi Lovato graces the cover of Teen Vogue's November issue and she opens up to the magazine about her relationship with One Direction hunk Niall Horan, who has been vocal about his crush on the "Give Your Heart a Break" singer in the past. The cover girl told the magazine that she's just focusing on herself right now, but that sounds like a familiar excuse. We wouldn't be at all surprised if the two are spotted out together soon!
