Lady Gaga is no stranger to critics and controversy, but the pop star isn't taking a recent attack by South African rap-rave group Die Antwoord lightly. A male actor dressed up as Gaga in her infamous meat dress is the star of the group's new video, "Fatty Boom Boom." The visuals show Gaga getting chased by rebels, taking a trip to the gynecologist and being attacked and killed in the streets by a lion.

"I fink u freaky but you don't have a hit. hundred thousand tickets sold in SA [South Africa]. #thatsmys--t," Gaga wrote on Twitter in response to the music video diss. "I Fink U Freeky" is the title of another Die Antwoord song.

"I guess its not a good idea to tell someone you're a fan," the pop star added, noting that her former admiration for the group was obviously unrequited. "Never mind! we get it, you're not a little monster. WE GOT IT."

"lady... even tho u r 'larger' than us... we still cooler than u...," the band fired back on their own Twitter account. "Plus we don't have prawns in our private...," they added in a jab referencing the Gaga gynecologist scene in the music video.

Earlier this year, the group revealed they turned down the pop star's offer to tour with her on her Born This Way Ball trek. The Gaga offer is also spoofed in the opening scene of the video. Check it out below.
