Justin Bieber, Oprah Interview: Singer Reveals Why He Sticks By Selena Gomez's Side

When it comes to screaming fans and crowds of paparazzi, Justin Bieber refuses to leave girlfriend Selena Gomez's side.

While visiting "Good Morning America" on Oct. 25, Oprah revealed part of an interview with Justin from the Nov. 25 episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter." In the clip, the "Never Say Never" singer explains his loyalty to his girlfriend of more than two years.

"We just sometimes ... we gotta take back exits. I never make [Selena] separate from me because I don't want her to ever feel like I'm ashamed of her. Because I feel like a lot of guys do that, especially in the business. They don't want to be seen with the girl, so they'll make them ride in separate cars. They'll do that 'get away' stuff. [Selena and I] get away where ... you know ... getting away together,"

"Sometimes we gotta take the back exits and do different things, but I never make her separate from me because I don't want to make her feel like I'm ashamed of her," Bieber told Oprah.

He went on to reveal why sticking together sends a positive message.

"Because I feel like a lot of guys do that, especially in the business. They don't want to be seen with the girl, so they'll make her ride in separate cars, do all that getaway stuff. If we're getting away, we're getting away together."

This is not the first time "Jelena" has faced difficulties with the press. In 2011, Justin told Ellen DeGeneres, "It sucks to always have to hide. I feel like you're only in love once."
