If you thought Justin Bieber's "Sixteenth Chapel" gaffe on "The Late Show With David Letterman" was embarrassing, or if you were laughing out loud watching video footage of Flavor Flav mistaking Miley Cyrus for Gwen Stefani, read on. The latest celebrity blooper comes courtesy of Nicole Scherzinger, who was left red in the face after meeting U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron.

Nicole, 34, was introduced to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom at the 2012 Pride of Britain Awards on Tuesday (Oct. 30). Unfortunately, the Pussycat Doll-turned-"X Factor U.K." judge had precisely no idea who Mr. Cameron was. "Who's David Cameron?" she asked, when asked about the encounter during an interview with the Daily Mail. "Oh, the Prime Minister! I didn't know who he was," Nicole admitted.

Not only did Scherzy not recognize PM Cameron, but she thought Tony Blair, who was in office from 1997 - 2007 and succeeded by Gordon Brown, was still in office! "They said they were introducing me to the Prime Minister," the singer continued, "And he came over, and I was like, 'Where's Tony Blair?' I thought it was still him."

"Someone had to tell me. I was a real a--."
