Kesha can count last night's (Nov. 14) Petty Fest in Los Angeles among her career highlights. The pop star was left starstruck after performing onstage alongside the likes of Johnny Depp and the Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney for the annual charity tribute to Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.

"Just got off stage w/ Johnny depp and patrick carney," Kesha tweeted after her performance. "Wet dream? nope. REALMUTHAFUKKIN LIFE. #PettyFest." The Warrior creator made the switch from her signature rap-sung pop to rock for the night with her rendition of Petty's "Mary Jane's Last Dance."

"Life is weird and magical," Kesha added along with a link to an Instagram photo of the group onstage.

Other acts at the El Rey Theatre event included Nick Valensi and Fabrizio Moretti of the Strokes, former Guns N' Roses drummer Matt Sorum and Kings of Leon rocker Jared Followill.
