Jessica Simpson Diet Revealed: How the Singer Dropped 60 Pounds

As Jessica Simpson continues to insist she is the "everyday woman" when it comes to her post-pregnancy weight-loss plan, the precise details of her diet have been revealed. The 32-year-old singer recently announced she's lost a whopping 60 pounds since giving birth to daughter Maxwell back in May. Now, TMZ reports they've obtained the singer's exact nutrition plan.

According to TMZ, Jessica kicked off her weight-loss journey by embarking on a 15-day smoothie diet. The plan started off with five days of three smoothies and two snacks per day, followed by five days of two smoothies, two snacks and one meal, and five days of one smoothie, two snacks and two meals.

Simpson's smoothies were around the 200 - 300 calorie range, while snacks like apples and turkey slices, or celery with peanut butter, were all under 100 calories. The Weight Watchers spokesperson's meals followed the nutrition plan's famous point system, and included items like steamed green beans in peanut sauce and chicken satay.
