According to TMZ, LiLo struck another woman in a jealous, drunken rage after the Wanted singer Max George's attention was diverted away from the embattled star's advances, in favor of another girl.
Lohan was arrested early this morning and charged with third-degree assault after laying the smack-down on a fellow female club-goer at Manhattan hotspot, Avenue.
Earlier that night, Lohan attended a Justin Bieber concert. But, it wasn't the teen star she had her sights set on. Lindsay, 26, allegedly planned to get her flirt on with George, 24, whose boy band served as Bieber's opening act.
TMZ's sources claim Lindsay tried to fight her way backstage after the concert, but she was stopped. Eventually, she did wind up rendezvousing with Max and bandmates Jay McGuiness and Tom Parker at a hotel bar.
The group, along with one of LiLo's pals, made their way to Avenue together, where Lohan reportedly got a little too tipsy for her own good. A now disinterested Max turned his attention to another lady, which spurred Lindsay to slap her across the face and require medical attention.
In the end, LiLo was arrested and Max made off with a whole different woman altogether!
Max recently expressed his heartbreak after splitting from his former fiancée, British soap actress Michelle Keegan, earlier this year. Looks like he's officially back on the dating market!
