Nick Lachey Kicked Out of Football Game: Rep Addresses Accusations Singer Verbally Assaulted a Woman

Following news that Nick Lachey was kicked out of Sunday's (Dec. 2) Chargers v. Bengals NFL game, supposedly for trash talking, the 98 Degrees singer is facing allegations he verbally assaulted a female fan.

"Bengals win again. i'd talk trash to everyone in SD, but what's the point? you already had me kicked out of the stadium and you still lost," Lachey posted on Twitter, admitting he was proud of his ejection in another tweet.

Now, TMZ has received word from a Chargers fan who was an alleged recipient of Nick's heckling. The fan claims that after his wife took a swipe at Lachey's boy band, the singer called the female fan a "f--king b---h," among "a host of other profanities." Nick, allegedly, proceeded to grab the male fan by the neck and shove him to the ground; a claim that is not exactly confirmed by TMZ's extremely shaky footage.

According to TMZ, the Chargers fans plan to file a police report against Nick, although a rep for the singer has denied the accusations. "This is a gross misrepresentation of what happened. It was nothing but a spirited debate between fans of opposing teams. At no point did Nick say anything derogatory to the man's wife and anything to suggest the contrary is simply untrue."

Nick himself posted another message about the incident on Twitter. "i simply don't appreciate someone turning around and putting their finger in my face. call me crazy, but that deserved a reaction."
