- Just as she released her new album Warrior this week (Dec. 4), Kesha closed the book on an old controversy. The "Die Young" singer decided to kill that pesky $14 million lawsuit from her former reps, as well as her subsequent counter-suit, by reaching an agreement out of court. [New York Post]
