Louis Tomlinson was stopped by New York City police after he was spotted hanging out of the sunroof of his chauffeured SUV. The heartthrob wasn't just waving to adoring fans -- he was filming himself lip-syncing, perhaps for an upcoming video or the boys' 3-D movie?
Nevertheless, the men in blue were not impressed. A video surfaced on YouTube, showing two policemen having a word with the driver after pulling the car over. (Watch closely and you can see Louis' bandmate, Niall Horan, in the backseat!)
Directioners, rest easy! The boys aren't headed to the slammer. In fact, one of the cops even snapped a quick photo of the band members.
