Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, wasn't the only one surprised that Justin wasn't nominated for a Grammy award this year.

After Braun voiced his anger in a series of tweets, saying the Grammy board "blew it," Simon Cowell also came to the defense of Justin.

"You know what? He deserved one [nomination], I think," the "X Factor" judge told TMZ. "But they can get a bit snobby sometimes."

Cowell added that he thinks JB will be OK, saying, "He won't be crying too much. He's doing fine."

Indeed, in an interview with Z-100 on Friday night [Dec. 7], Justin wanted to make sure fans knew he was alright. Looking straight into the camera, he said, "Thank you to all my beautiful fans out there ... you know, I don't need a Grammy to have your love ... you guys are still incredible and I love you."

After tweeting a link to the video interview, Justin added, "And i met what i said at the end. finally answered about the grammys. I got you guys. that is all i need. Im all good."

The Grammy Awards air Feb. 10. See the list of nominations here.

What a selfish prick. They're so above everyone that they feel entitled to a grammy despite releasing **** singles for the last few years. Nothing of quality has came from them. ******* abortion of music. Simon can go **** himself to, because he has no ******* talent, as he sits on his ass thinking he is a good judge of talent. Sell out piece of ****. Justin Bieber can go **** himself in the ass too, whiny little bitch.
