Since giving birth in June 2011 to her baby girl, Willow Sage, Pink admits that getting her body ready for tour has not been easy.

Pink, known for doing acrobatic stunts while performing, says she had to be extra careful during training for her tour.

"All the acrobatics ... all the stunts I do on tour mean I have to be strong," she tells Britain's Mirror newspaper. "You need to hang upside down by your feet ... And you can't cut corners. And for me it was huge because I had a C-section so they cut your stomach muscles. I couldn't even sit up on my own for like two-and-a-half months and that scared the bejesus out of me. I do an hour-and-a-half [of training] a day for five days a week, plus all my rehearsals."

The workouts seem to be paying off, and Pink debuted her toned bod on the cover of SHAPE's November issue.

Pink's The Truth About Love world tour kicks off Feb. 13 in Phoenix, Ariz.
