Miley Cyrus 'Slut'-Shaming Slammed, Taylor Swift's Dating Life Dragged Into the Debate

Those who live their lives in the public eye are accustomed to their fair share of name-calling, but one label that really rubs Miley Cyrus the wrong way is "slut." As she grew up from a child star to the 20-year-old woman she is today, Miley's changing, and often revealing fashion choices, and some racy-photo scandals have led detractors to make assumptions and insinuations about her sex life.

Now, Miley is speaking out against the "idiots" who have labeled her the nasty "S"-word, after an infographic surfaced comparing her dating life to that of her pop peer with a squeaky clean image, Taylor Swift.

E! News' journalist Ken Baker Tweeted an Instagram graphic that compared the public images and dating lives of Cyrus and Swift, 23. A caption next to a photo of Miley reads, "Is called a slut or a b---h every day. Has been with the same guy for more than three years and is engaged to him." In contrast, the caption next to Taylor's photo reads, "Is called sweet, elegant and inspirational. Has been with more than 13 guys for the past 3 years."

Cyrus got engaged to on-and-off boyfriend of three years, actor Liam Hemsworth, earlier in 2012. Swift's notable leading men include Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Conor Kennedy, and current flame Harry Styles. That doesn't exactly tally 13, but we digress.

"Haha :) this made laugh. thanks for making me smile I needed it," Miley tweeted at Baker in response. "People are idiots and call me a SLUT when I am engaged at 20 cuz [sic] I'm madly in love with ONE man. Just happy someone admitted it," she added.

When Baker revealed he would be reporting on the "T-swift/Miley tweet heat," Cyrus was quick to insist that her reaction to the infographic was in no way the start of the next celebrity feud. She didn't make the thing, after all. "There is no tweet heat!" she claimed. "Don't go trying to make this look like I started any kinda drama. I laughed because I know."

Indeed, pulling Taylor's love life into the equation wasn't exactly necessary, and we're glad Miley didn't make the mistake of calling T-Swift the very same derogatory and sexist name she has faced over the years.

So I checked that globogirls.com site it was a strange concept in the beginning but checking around I found out that it's actually a normal thing, lots of people travel around and wherever you go you might want to hook up with a nice girl wherever you go, they got this social travel network thing with articles where you can tag yourself as interested person to visit that place, I met 2 girls in a trip to east Europe and we got along now we meet once in a while when we can visit each other's town, all in all good site just you have to be realistic I guess, you must be interested yourself or have interesting ideas for girls (like invitation to show your town).

First I want to say, that calling any woman a slut or anything other than what her birth name is, is low down and I disagree totally. Dating a guy for several months only means your most likely having sex with him. But I am here to open your eyes to a fact I am well aware of, because I have been there done that.
Between the age of sixteen and twenty, I had several boyfriends and like Taylor Swift I broke up with one almost every few months, the reason why was, and "maybe Miley would like to hear this" is not because I was loose or a slut or easy but because I would NOT give it up, I would not sleep with them simply because I was dating them, I didn't feel I owe them a thing so early in my teens I decided that I was not going to be like everyone else and hope in bed with every guy I date or every guy who told me he loved me just to get me in bed. Sometimes its not what it looks like. So don't be so quick to point out the fact that Taylor has had more boyfriends in the past year then Miley, cause whether you know it or not that's a great sign that she remains a virgin and is sticking to her lovely morals and value.

Maybe when people are calling Miley a sl*t, they are referring to her looks and not her love life. We've all seen how she's been dressing lately and it ain't pretty. At least Taylor looks clean and classic, for the most part. She's dated a lot of guys, but who's to say she's sleeping around with all of them. I'm not going to speculate, but I will say that if Miley doesn't want to be called a sl*t, maybe she should consider a better wardrobe and overall look.

She did indeed try to shed the disney image and there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that. It does not matter how a woman dresses she should never be called any name other than her own. She is just being herself. I dont care if she walked around in a bikini that is no different than what others wear revealing way more or just as much...WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE???? THERE IS NONE!! She can and should be able to dress however she likes with no one accusing her of being a sl*t PERIOD!!! She also dont immediately run and write songs about each and every break up she may have had unlike TAYLOR JUST SAYING!!!

Who's to say that Taylor is sleeping with all of those guys? Besides, Miley chose to portray that, to shed her Disney Channel image. Taylor's kept it classy.
