According to Us Weekly, Janet Jackson got engaged to her businessman Wissam Al Mana earlier this year and is "eager" to plan a spring wedding.
"[He] gave her a huge, expensive ring," another source told the magazine. "She's afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up."
The couple hope to get married in Qatar, where Mana is from. "He is flying in all of Janet's friends and family on private jets," the source continues. "He wants to get a top chef to create a custom menu."
If the 2013 wedding takes place, it'll be the "All For You" singer's third marriage. And Janet reportedly hopes to have kids with Mana.
"She wants kids," an insider told Us. "If she can't have them, she will adopt."
