The singer and "Fashion Star" mentor posted a picture of her 7-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew wearing holiday pajamas and smiling in sand that was etched with the words "Big Sis."
Jessica and fiance Eric Johnson definitely seemed excited to share the happy news. "Merry Christmas from my family to yours!" she wrote.
In a new Weight Watchers commercial that premiered a day after her announcement, Jessica revealed more about the exciting news -- and it's clear the pregnancy didn't hurt her partnership with Weight Watchers.
"This year is all about new beginnings for me," Jessica says in the ad. "I lost over 50 pounds on Weight Watchers and did not have to be perfect to do it. Being healthy has become a part of who I am -- which is great timing, because I'm having another baby. I feel like I'm on top of the world!"
In a tweet, Weight Watchers congratulated the singer. "Congrats to Jessica Simpson, Eric and big-sister-to-be Maxwell! Your WW family is so thrilled for you. What an amazing year you've had!"
