"I'm bored... Maybe I should get naked and smoke and take pictures of myself and post them on instagram?" Jessie tweeted. "Or NOT... *rolls eyes*," she added.
While Jessie did not come out and name names, plenty of her followers came to the conclusion that the "Price Tag" singer was not-so-subtly referring to Rihanna in her tweet. "Bad gal riri xo," one tweeter wrote in response to Jessie's post, calling out Rihanna's Instagram username.
"I know who your [sic] speaking of! As talented as she is she is a #badrolemodel," another wrote. Another fan tweeted about a recent controversial photo Ri posted to her Instagram account, "Ooooh Jessie! Put them claws away... I do agree with u though, I seen some pics she posted with a granny holdin [sic] a gun! SO WRONG!"
"My last tweet about instagram sadly wasn't an indirect at anyone inparticular [sic]," Jessie tweeted for clarification not long after her original post. "There is definately [sic] more than 1 person posting those kind of pictures. Hence my tweet." She added, "Making something of nothing..."
Jessie continued writing, "I will openly say the amount of pictures including men and woman nude and girls and guys promoting smoking drugs on the internet these days is a lot. Feels like the boundries [sic] are disappearing. Its become fashionable and in my opinion its too much. Call me what you want but that's MY opinion and I'm intitled [sic] to one."
