According to TMZ, JB is being investigated after a venue employee alleged that Justin, or someone who was with him, assaulted her with a Nerf Gun dart while he gearing up to perform in Ottawa, Canada last November.
The gossip site reports that Justin was playing Nerf with his little brother and sister when one of the styrofoam darts hit the woman.
She then filed a police report after complaining to Justin's team about the incident, and the cops are reportedly interviewing people who may have witnessed it.
Justin hasn't commented on the claims. The report comes days after Justin's reps denied that JB had taunted a fellow fitness patron at a hotel gym.
