Kesha Documentary: Singer to Release Film Entitled 'Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life'

Kesha may only be 25 years old, but she's ready to release a documentary about her life. E! reports that the Warrior creator will premiere a documentary series about her life called "Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life" on MTV in April 2013. Shot by her brother Lagan Sebert, the docu-series will focus primarily on the last two years and the singer's rise to fame.

Although fans made a documentary about the "Tik Tok" singer last year that she shot down, the young star is in full support of the series her brother is putting together -- and their close relationship ensures that his footage is raw and without filters.

"You might have heard my voice on the radio, seen me onstage or in a music video, but that's only a part of the story," Kesha said in a statement about her new project. "With this documentary series, I'm revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It's not all glamorous, but it's all real. I want you to come on a whirlwind journey with an all-access pass to My Crazy Beautiful Life."

Sebert, an aspiring journalist, admits that watching his sister's growing fame spurred him to document the process.

"I was working as a journalist as my sister was fighting her way to the top of the charts," he said. "Journalists live and die by the story and I soon realized that the most amazing story was happening in my own family and it became my mission to document it. I set off on a two-year long journey to tell my sister's story."
