The singer, who's voiced her anger over paparazzi before, took a video of the entire ordeal. She says that the photographer was in a handicapped vehicle, but seemed to be walking and running like normal.
"So this is a paparazzi that just jumped out of a handicapped vehicle," she says in her video. "He seems to be running quite fine. Doesn't look like he needs a handicapped sticker. [He] doesn't look very handicapped to me, yet if I park in a handicapped spot because of these people, I get reported on the news."
She continues, "But no one cares about this criminal that's running through a children's neighborhood, driving outrageously while I'm with my three dogs. I've already lost two dogs this year, not trying to get another one hit by a car."
She asks her friend walking to next to her, "Isn't it fun being filmed while you're on a walk?"
This definitely isn't the first time Mi's been vocal about her detest for the paparazzi. On January 2, after a photographer was killed as he was taking pictures of Justin Bieber's car, Miley tweeted how disgusted she was by the news.
"Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!" she wrote, referring to Princess Diana's tragic death in a paparazzi car crash.
Earlier this week, Miley also expressed anger after photographers captured her doing yoga while vacationing in Costa Rica, lashing out on E! News reporter Ken Baker. "rare 2 get a moment to thank the universe for all my blessings in the form of yoga in a place like this," she tweeted. "thought this is what you were fighting against. The intrusion, disrespect, and danger of paparazzi. Stop employing stalkers. with out YOU THEY don't exist." Baker, responding to the last line of Mi's tweets, wrote "truth."
When a fan wrote how relaxed Mi looked in the beach pics, she responded back, "was until E! made this moment about some exclusive to benefit them rather than the spiritual experience that was for ME. I need a real vacation. One that isn't filmed. That is my job. I need a break too."
