After rapper Eve told "What Watch Happens Live" that she didn't believe Britney Spears actually sang on her "Scream and Shout" collab with will.i.am., Brit's reps are slamming the rumor. Britney's publicist Jeff Raymond told TMZ, "It's absolute BS. Britney sang the song. will.i.am wanted her for this song and she sang on it." [TMZ]

It sounds like everyone is playing nice, though. The Wanted recently told reporters it's flattering to be compared to One Direction, "They're one of the biggest selling artists so it can't be a bad thing," they said. "They're a bit younger than us.
