In the suit, Manoukian claimed that Lopez needed to compensate him for "on-call services" whenever the singer had a professional engagement, on top of his $72,000 annual salary. He alleges the singer-actress demoted him to an "L.A. driver" and was eventually fired in September 2011 without receiving his promised payments.
E! News reports that the parties reached an agreement on Feb. 6, although the terms were not disclosed.
This is not the first time Lopez and Manoukian have face off in court. Two months ago, a judge dismissed a $20 million countersuit filed by the "Dance Again" singer. Lopez claimed Manoukian was threatening to go public with damaging information if she did not pay him $2.8 million.
The judge agreed with the ex-employee and denied Lopez's countersuit.
