The R&B superstar formerly known as ChaCha is glad he chose to stick to his birth name -- Usher Raymond IV -- instead of going with his suggested stage moniker at the launch of his career. Apparently, he had producer and former "X Factor" judge L.A. Reid to thank for talking him out of the name! Usher took home a Grammy for Best R&B Performance for his song "Climax" (of which Dirty Projectors recently performed a great cover) at the 2013 Grammy Awards.
