One Direction, Clothes Auction: Boy Band Selling Personal Items for Charity

Want a chance to wear Harry Styles' or Louis Tomlinson's Converse sneakers, Zayn Malik's Vans hat, Liam Payne's kicks or Niall Horan's pants?

It may cost more than a teen's monthly allowance, but some lucky Directioners may have the chance to own these items, as the members of One Direction are auctioning off various personal clothing or accessories on eBay.com for UK's Comic Relief charity.

Over the last few weeks, the guys have been hard at work raising funds for the charity -- recording a cover song of Blondie's "One Way Or Another" and the Undertones' "Teenage Kicks," with all proceeds going to the efforts. Some of clothing the members wore in that music video are part of the auction as well.

Their recent charity work with Comic Relief seems to weigh heavily on the guys' hearts. During a visit to a Ghana children's hospital in January, the members were visibly upset by what they witnessed, as they begged for people to donate any money so that children could get needed vaccinations.

"It's so hard," Zayn said in a video clip, wiping away tears. "I've never seen anything like this, never experienced anything like this in my life. The babies aren't even a year old. And it costs five pounds. You just have to pick up the phone. That's all you have to do."

Some of the pieces of clothing the guys' wore to that touching trip in Ghana will also be auctioned off.

See the items for sale here. The bidding ends in five days (March 3), and the lowest bid item starts at around $392 (Zayn's T-shirt) to $940 (Harry's sneakers). As of press time, the highest bid item were Zayn's Timberland boots that he wore in Ghana, with 59 bids and up to $535.
